Cleaning drone washing the glass façade of a high-rise tower

High-Rise & Façade Cleaning

Skyscraper glass, curtain walls and hotel façades — cleaned from the air.

Spotless towers, zero rope access.

From Victoria Island office towers to Ikoyi hotels, our cleaning drones restore glass, cladding and curtain walls without a single climber on the wall. A foam wash lifts dust, salt haze and pollution film; a deionized-water rinse dries streak-free with no spotting — completed in hours, not the days that scaffolding or cradle access demands.

Why the old way falls short

Scaffolding is slow and expensive

Erecting cradles and scaffold towers can add weeks and millions of naira to a clean. Drones deploy in minutes and cover more surface per hour.

Rope access puts people at height

Every abseil is a fall risk. Our pilots stay firmly on the ground while the drone works the wall — eliminating working-at-height incidents.

Hard water leaves streaks

Lagos mains and borehole water is mineral-heavy and spots on drying. Our on-board DI filtration rinses to near-zero TDS for a spotless, streak-free finish.

What you get with aerial cleaning

Foam wash + DI rinse

A two-stage cycle: biodegradable foam to lift grime, then a deionized-water rinse that dries clear with no chemical residue.

Up to 60 storeys

Tethered power and high-pressure delivery let a single drone reach heights that would otherwise need cranes or cradles.

Minimal downtime

No pavement closures or lobby cradles. Tenants keep working while the façade is cleaned around them.

Fully insured & compliant

Every job flies under NCAA-compliant procedures with commercial liability cover and a documented flight plan.

Common questions

Do you need to close the building or pavement?

Rarely. Because there is no scaffold or cradle, most façades are cleaned with the building fully occupied and pavements open, with a small ground safety zone for the pilot and equipment.

How high can the drones clean?

Our tethered high-pressure drones typically service buildings up to around 60 storeys, depending on wind conditions and site access.

Will the water leave marks on the glass?

No. We rinse with deionized water filtered to near-zero total dissolved solids, so the glass dries without streaks or mineral spotting.
